I kept finding things I liked on the site, but every time I got to checkout, they suddenly showed as unavailable. It felt like I was trapped in this loop of browsing, getting my hopes up, and then hitting a dead end. Annoying experience.

"Refund was way faster than I thought"
I ordered from safira.com but had to send it back because the size just wasn’t right for me.
The refund came through really quickly. I posted the item back and had my money back within a few days, which was a nice surprise. No annoying waiting around or having to chase anyone.
I’m giving 4 stars because the return updates could be a little clearer, but overall it was a smooth experience.

My order showed up and everything was fine. Nothing really to complain about, which is always nice. The process was easy, the item was good, and yeah, overall I’m happy with it.

I ordered a necklace from safira and was kinda hesitant at first since I hadn’t bought from them before. But it showed up with the proper tags and packaging, and it looked just like the photos. The necklace feels genuine, not like a cheap copy or anything. Delivery was smooth too. Overall, I’m happy with it and would order again

"Pretty at first, but it didn’t really hold up"
I ordered a piece from safira.com when it first arrived, I thought it looked really nice. Shine, cute design, and the delivery was totally fine too, so at that point I was like, okay, good purchase maybe...
But after wearing it just a handful of times, it started to look kind of worn out. It scratched more easily than I expected, and the shine faded fast, which was disappointing because it looked so good at first...
For the price, I really thought it would last a bit longer. I guess it’s fine if you only plan to wear it once in a while, but for regular use, I don’t know... I’m not super happy with the quality.

I sent a message to Safira about my order and they did get back to me, so that was good I guess. It just took more time than I was thinking it would. The reply helped enough, but yeah, not really fast or anything.

"Returning it turned into such a hassle"
I figured returning my order would be straightforward, but nope, I was wrong. The replies took forever, the instructions weren’t clear, and at this point I’m just assuming my refund is going to take ages too. Super frustrating experience overall, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Warranty got sorted, but I felt a bit brushed off at first"
I had an issue with my bracelet and reached out to Safira about the warranty. It did get fixed quickly in the end, which I’m happy about, but at the start I felt a little dismissed, like my concern wasn’t being taken too seriously. Once things got moving it was straightforward enough, no big hassle, and they did sort it fairly.

"Fits exactly how I hoped"
I ordered my usual size, and for me it fits just right, not too snug and not too loose. I wore it all day and forgot I had it on because there was no rubbing or tight spots anywhere. I’m really happy with it and would definitely stick with my normal size again

The ring looked really nice when I first got it, but it scratched way faster than I expected and felt a bit cheaper in person. Not saying it’s a scam, but I was definitely expecting better quality for the price.

"Fit pretty much how I hoped"
I ordered my usual size from safira.com and it actually fit really well. I was kind of expecting it to be off because online sizing is always suspicious, but since it fit me, I guess their sizing is just good. No weird tight or loose spots, so I’m happy with it.

"Nice photos, but they don’t tell the whole story"
I was browsing safira.com, the product photos are nice. Most of them are clear, polished, and easy to look at, so I could get a decent idea of what the items were like. The zoom helps too, and some of the angles actually do a good job showing the details.
That said, a few of the photos felt a bit too much like glossy marketing nonsense. I wanted more real-life pictures or shots that made the actual size easier to understand. Some images look so perfect that they almost made me trust them less, which is annoying when you’re trying to decide whether to buy. Overall, it’s fine, but the photo setup could definitely be better.

"Pretty bad packaging from what I remember"
From what I remember, the packaging was really disappointing. My order showed up in this thin box with barely any padding, and the item had clearly been sliding around inside. The box even looked kind of crushed when it arrived. For what I paid, I expected a lot better than that.

I ordered a necklace the checkout process was smooth. Apple Pay worked without any issues, and the confirmation email showed up right away, which was reassuring. The only thing that made me a bit suspicious was that the delivery options weren’t really clear until the last step. I always side-eye that kind of thing a little. Still, everything went through fine and overall it was a good experience.

They weren’t the absolute cheapest for every single item, but overall the pricing felt fair, especially compared to most places I checked. Checkout was straightforward, and even though I took a little while to make up my mind, the whole experience was fine. I’d be happy to use them again.
